We stayed here only one night and it provided the necessary requirements for a good night's sleep. The location is nicely situated in downtown Atlanta and the room was clean. We were only passing through for the night and it met our purpose.

This is a very old, tired hotel. The springs can be felt in the mattresses. Our AC didn’t work in one room so we got moved to a room with a building 2 feet from the window. No water pressure. Hot/cold hooked up incorrectly in tub…kept waiting for the water to heat up. Ends up cold meant hot and hot meant cold. The staff was nice. The location was great for the arena and aquarium. You can only repaint walls so many times. It gets to the point where a new paint job won’t fix all the messed up stuff. And I swear, the beds weren’t queen. Even the sheets on them said full. I would never have booked 3 adults in 2 double beds. It was horrible. There is a sign posted in the elevator with a QR code to leave a five star review. Why anyone would leave a 5 star review is beyond me. The parking structure is super tight. It was so hard getting in and out of there!

Booked this room from airport after flight cancelled for somewhere to sleep for a few hours until flight the next day. Rooms are disgusting and dirty. Dated worn out fixtures. A/C did not work. Someone tried to enter our room 3 times from 1:30 am to 2:00 am. Fight in the hallway. We did not feel safe and got a ride back to the airport. Do not stay here unless you like homeless shelters.

This hotel was totally unacceptable. Dirty, very few amenities, definitely not as advertised. Hallways not vacuumed, Rooms with very old furniture, bathroom doors that were rotting on the bottom. The only positive is that it is close to Downtown and many of the wonderful attractions that Atlanta has to offer.
